Section 2: Tampa Feedback

Thank you for the feedback that you’ve shared. The Tampa session ranked “excellent” by everyone in terms of being of value to you. Al Meyers and Richard Gonzmart were a hit! In addition, the resources and discussions that were facilitated by Catch Your Limit were rated as very significant in terms of improving/increasing your exposure, understanding, appreciation and skills. And, the same went for the portions of the program designed by members of the class.

Many of you noted that you appreciated that we have transitioned from “orientation” (or why on earth am I here) to “personal development” (I see this program as an opportunity to grow). Below are some of the take-a-ways that were mentioned:

  • Love the idea of “Six Thinking Hats” but just want to do it more.
  • Richard Gonzmart and Al Meyers were fantastic.
  • I really like that we are doing projects of every distinction.
  • Great week.
  • Richard was such an interesting leader … so passionate, overcame personal challenges and gives back to the community.
  • Al’s presentation felt relevant to today’s challenges.
  • Team project and games were fun and great ways to build trust.
  • Good session. Melissa did a great job facilitating.
  • Great road trip!
  • “Six Hats” will really help me get better creative ideas flowing at my meetings as sometimes I’m stuck at the whiteboard with no ideas coming from the group.
  • Change/evolution is a must to keep success in business and, when things are bad … paint the walls!
  • Getting the quiet people in the group speaking up will sometimes get you the best ideas … listen.
  • Richard’s passion, courage and leadership were amazing.
  • Discussion around Five Dysfunctions and trust exercises.
  • Al Meyers’ insights
  • Puzzle exercise
  • Al Meyers’ retail trends
  • Tampa was very different from Tallahassee as it seemed more about “our” group this time verses the program and FRF (that was great too – but just different).
  • The Columbia was fabulous – speaking with Richard.
  • Great job Melissa!
  • Love the “apprentice style” exercises!
  • Love the “Six Thinking” training!
  • Loved the constructive criticism and gentle correction from the group – they are helping me grow as a person & presenter!
  • Richard really was great. I enjoyed seeing the personal side of him. Gives more focus to how I feel about myself and my choices and future.
  • The team building was great at this stage of the classes – allowing me to get more out of myself and interacting.
  • Watching the team presentations
